i don't like not stealing, but the draw % could go way down. Rune search are cheaper on beta(though i have no village on another server to compare) but they are still astronomical for me

that's allot of resources to accumulate every 27 and 21 hours even with my insane income i need massive gem income to help keep agrabah searching right when a search is done. I grow about as fast as one can grow on searches. Alamut benefits because i don't need to focus on armor, gems, iron, wizards, or markets so its all resource and army, but im still limited by the time frame and the low runes per search.
i'd like to see how the new op value works out, but its kinda hard to keep up with storage, resource demand for scouts and building units to test...its just beta, multiple runes per search faster scout times and cheaper searches could provide an interesting boast to beta tester

Im not sure how everyone would feel about this, but beta could use some life to help out testing. I think it would be nice if scouting was twice as fast and cost went down. This would let the smaller players grow faster and put more runes in circulation so fighting would increase and size wouldn't villages wouldn't die so quickly. This would probably attract more players because there is lots of runes to be had. OR you could implement the Doom's(i think) idea of rune searches bounty increasing per castle level. thoughts?

I don't see much point in banning from the chat channel, whats the point? all it is doing is making the admin/mod team look bad, where you could actually ban multis from the game. i cant say anything regarding the wham multi situation because i don't know hard facts i know both sides, but both sides hate each other. all i know is wham had 3 accounts for some reason one for joke, one was his orginal and one was so he could still chat? sure his joke and "work around account ban" ahouls be banned and closed and everyone can understand that, but the team took a manageable situation and snowballed it. also i can't say Wham's response was mature and called for, but he did get his point across quite well

By human weapons you mean spears(and their counterparts) and heavy armor such as fullplate right? because i never understood why elves would wear heavy armor.

you would think logivally humans have twice as many troops as elves so that shuld mean they are a plentiful race so to help balance huumans out some they should get a forced labor perk where all reszources gain a 25% bonus or something

I agree with no support for a village with a negative food income, but atm with the astronomical consumption increase it would be hard to keep troops garrisoned for a duration even with a nice stockpile, you could also make it that support troops eat a percentage more from a tireless journey

wow sucks even more to be human now with twice the troops count...i see the point in increasing the food consumption to make water runes be used for food more, but seriously this is another huge disadvantage for humans atm. theres a reason we need twice as many troops(and its evendent when you look at the stats for gual and knights side by side) now are only minor advantage has turned into a serious flaw, we are now hindered to using more water runes for farms then stables and elves don't have to. my beta troop count of a village
540 knights - 8100 consumption
1520 longswordmen - 13680
equal dark elf army ( half the total unit count)
270 - 4860
760 - 9120
before this "update" my consumption was around 7000 now its an ungodly 21,780.. if this wasn't "no one to kill must be resource hog beta" id be screwed.. even with production at roughly 24k i have to keep both villages constantly in rain season just to stay out of the negatices while i slowllllllly upgrade my farms(and i will be for the foreseeable future)
all this has done at the stage it is now is make being human that much shittier why pay twice the consumption for inferior troops when you can have half the standing army at a fraction of the cost and more deadly? if your going to keep these numbers humans at least need a MAJOR farm production advantage
atm in beta im crippled by this consumption, rune searches are going to take 5 times as long, i may have the number 1 village but i wont for long when demon can now pump out more rune searches then i can because i am hindered by a huge consumption bil where it affected him but not to the extent it would have for me(relatively speaking).. i should NEVER have a higher stone and wood production then food, ever, and i do now...for quite awhile

I don't think sending equipment to your own OP should be disabled, but id support the arguement for disabling equipment from being sent...Although i think a way to get rid of old equipment is much needed(and has been requested several times)

also upgrading slings(at least last i checked) is wayyyyyy over priced, they ask a kings ransom in gems, which have far better uses then slings.. plus archers(which in reality can be a battle changer(for example English longbows were devasting to enemies, and argueably the best troop to have in battle, the other option is of course heavy cavalry)). Plus soaking rains makes them worthless as defenders. oh and they only fire one volly then goto melee

Humans generally have a hard time getting to a point when they can craft halberts and full plate(which elves can still use, but elves generally prefer lighter armor.) if the equipment was suppose to be an equalizer then its a failure, not just because of the rune investment, but also because the iron cost and time it takes to make them. If say beta(the only server i play now) were actually active(people to attack on the regular) i couldn't keep up production of hallys and full plate to reequip my men, if i could that means im using Alot of runes on iron and alot of runes on gems and wiz towers....thats alot of fire rune, where as elves can use nothing or basic equipment and be devastating. All that said i still prefer humans
