Now here is what is weird about it. The battle never showed the "Fighting in...." in fact, when the battle landed my battle log was empty for about 20 seconds then all of a sudden my troops were returning and my log book was back to normal.
Now on to the second part. I sent 298 Guals. Those men just vanished somewhere... in fact about 30 of them were from one unit that was very well equipped.

Well if that is how it is now, isent that considered a multi and why arent those people punished for it? You are a mod arent you? Do something about it. Is it legit to have multies or it is not? Its very simple.
Im not really modding any servers. I can mod the forum to shreds though ![]()
The reason I ask is that some players really consider it just a form of a multi account. Others believe that because there are (or were) two physical people they are not. But I have seen many occasions were what started out as a babysitter... one person quit and the other just kept babysitter.
I think the best fix for both is just to publish people operating on the same IPs, and when the other methods for multi detection are implemented use those as well.

I think it would open pendoras box. In theory would be nice to let other player take care of your village while you go in vacation or something, so you dont loose your rank, but then some players that quit the game will just give theyr accounts to others that do play and it becomes like a legit multi.
That is how it is now, so the box is open.

I was just casting a village spell 90% probability. Took 6 tries. that is .0009% probability occurrence.
That's a 9 in 1 million chance of happening... unlucky falls well short of explaining it.

Just saw a battle were the first center defender stayed 4 rounds past 10% (1.89% probability) and then the next one to step up stayed the final three rounds past 10% (2.7% probability).
This is of course with fear 5 up and running.

I think it would be nice to have a box for cold spells so we could visually see what units are affected.... and possibly a gradient to show units that have been hit multiple times by it.
Also, a little guide would help newer players understand it a little better.

Honestly I don't see why runes are used to determine honor. I understand the premise of the idea.... but in practice all it does is add confusion into determining honor.
As far as rune stealing is concerned. You took about 9-10% of the total runes available to steal in my village, and I took about 5% of the runes in your village available to steal.
The major difference is, that 1800pts of my village is tied up in my castle which cannot be destroyed so the runes in the castle are not used to calculate the number stolen, while you have many more runes in other buildings that can be stolen.
As far as rank goes. You must look at the village rank and not player rank. The village you attacked is ranked 10 less than your village, with 2000 points less.

Honor is supposed to be calculated on launch, so any changes in size should be irrelevant.

I attacked a player earlier and the screen showed that I would not be losing honor. I lost 5-6 honor. It was not clan honor as many of my clan mates had 100 honor.
The funny thing was is that right after the attack, the target was listed as a 6 honor loss target.

Part of this bug was fixed but the display problem was not.
Now if I send say 100 gold and -100 food, it prompts me saying I am sending 100 gold. However it will send 100 food too.

Im not sure if it would in number generation or some combination of functions.
A battle that just ended for me. Fear 5 used. Based upon the description I calculated the chance for a defending unit to flee once they lost the 10% to be 70% (50*1.4).
After losing 10% a unit stayed another 4 rounds with a probability of (.3)(.3)(.3)(.7) = .0189 or 1.89%
Maybe I am unlucky but statistically I should not be seeing events with these probabilities this often.

Don't spells get harder the bigger you get? I don't even trust those probabilities because they never really seem to coincide with what actually happens.
Difficulty is not the issue, its the displayed % chance and the outcomes.

I think something is wrong with the probability engine. Today I had 5 attempts to cast a 80% spell (0.128% probability) and in a battle an opposing unit lasted 5 rounds after losing 10% with fear 5 (1.89% probability). These two happened in the span of a few hours.
These low probability events should not be occurring this often.
