Thema: Upgrading weapons/armor

Im really not sure if this is a bug, or could i see any posts about it(though honestly i only skimmed.) After i upgraded my spears to 10 i couldn't upgrade anything inlcuding armor(i could craft and upgrade the building but not items). I upgraded my weapons smith and the upgrade option magically came back, so i figured when you reach max upgrade on a weapon that the upgrade option all together disappears, but i upgraded me pike and then the options dissappeared again(and i have enough resources to upgrade something if not the pike)

On a similar note why in the hell are slings so expensive to upgrade? if archers weren't hurting enough for reasons to be usefull a level one upgrade costs 20k gems!?! thats a bit ridiculous considering gems are highly valuable and you'd need 10 level 10 gem mines near a depoist just to reach max upgrade on slings

I've had the same issue on speed for a week now.  Could someone on beta try a build-up, eq. upgrade, and building teardown?  It seems to come from that.

So it is in fact not suppose to happen? and noone knows as of now whats causing it...cause its kind of annoying

I don't really understand what you mean. Level 10 is indeed the limit for upgrading equipment, but you should still be able to upgrade other equipment after that.

With every level of weapons or armour smith you can upgrade any weapon or armour that is not level 10.
So it is possible to craft steel swords 10, sling 10 and so on.

Your village is 38100% bigger than the defending village. You will probably lose 90 honour by attacking this village. If someone of your clan attacked this village earlier, every clan member will lose honour.

I understand 10 is the max level, but why could i upgrade my armor to lvl 5 and my spear to level 10, then the upgrade options go away. If i wouldn't have upgraded an item to 10 would i still be able to upgrade all of my other items? Demon are you saying you get one upgrade per rune invested in armory and smiths? That can't be true since the runes ive invested in my smiths and armories doesn't equal the amount of upgrades ive purchased. I just wanted to know the reason i can't purchase upgrades until i dump another rune in my smiths?

I wouldn't look for any reason for anything in this game wink
Sometimes things have no reason, ahum... most of the times in this game.
Consider it a bug and abuse it big_smile
