Thema: My worst failed casting streak on Stable server

On stable server if you fail casting a spell its not a bad thing, at least its nowhere near as bad as on stable. On stable we have enough gems to recast as many times as needed if it fails. And it does fail multiple times but until now my biggest failed casting streak was like 5-8 times. Today i beat that "record"by a large margin, 22 tries to cast Rain Season5 on my OP:

What % chance was it?

Seeing it as stable I assume 90% and if so that is a one in 90 sextillion chance event.  (sextillion has 21 zeroes.)

That's almost the same odds as being dealt a royal flush in poker three hands in a row.  (Upon which you would probably be stabbed.... but I digress.)

Well the % was 70%. I'm not saying its a bug or something. But more like a curiosity. Now if something like this would happen on Speed i would surely scream BUG smile. But this also brings up the thing i hate most in the game of Dolumar. Chances. IMHO there is no place for chance in a strategy game. Sure you could argue that life is about taking chances, but lets face it we are here to escape life. This is a game and a strategy none the less. A players success or failure should not have anything to do with chance but his/her knowledge of the game and how well he is using the things he has at his disposal to get ahead of other players.

Well even at 70% probability you have a better chance of being dealt two royal flushes in a row than.

1 in 7 trillion odds.
