Thema: Resource bug at account creation - stable 2

If you create an account but do not build anything, your resource levels will keep going well past the village's capacity (i.e. I have 4808/3000 Food).  Not a tremendous amount, but it does mean that res capacity is not acting like a hard limit.

Well...it's the same with us all....we can all go over capacity. It doesn't seem to be possible in transfers, just in production.
