It still is holding unlimited amounts of resources...
This mean that there is no need to upgrade the warehouse to a higher level, ginving some players a huge advantage...
I suggest that all those players who did create an outpost without having the high level warehouse (level 20 or 21 i think) are up to lose their outposts
