Haste 5 not working correctly (stable server)

I have an attack going (with Haste 5) to someone that normally takes my gu'al 22 hrs to get there but the march time started at 14:49:00 instead of 11:00:00. It is hard enough to get gems on this server, I cant afford to waste even 1 of them.  Can you help please? my haste 5 would have worked for my return trip too, but now it wont. I'll be looking at a 28 hr walk home. not fair.
