Thema: Unfair Advantage

Milan has expressed to Veronica and I that because we play Dolumar together as team mates that we have an unfair advantage no different than a player that creates multiple accounts.

I think he is wrong for the following reasons:

Dolumar is a Wargame.
Clans are organized based on groups of individual players working together as a team to conduct warfare.
The clans that work together as a team, coordinate, communicate and cooperate.... think, plan and fight together effectively as a team will be the most dominant clans.
Any group of individual players that follow these principles of teamwork will be effective in game.

The fundamental difference between Veronica and I and a multi is that we are TWO very different people that work together as a team.

Any TWO players that work together effectively will have the same advantages.

Re: Unfair Advantage

You are right about everything you said about Dolumar.

1. You have admited that you sit each others accounts.
2. Both accounts send runes and resources to each other.

Unless we change the rules about sitting (better change the rules about multi's too then) this is still cheating.

So I have explained the rules about people who live together again. Just like brothers and other couples.
Both accounts can not send runes and resources to each other. Simple.
You can still send resources to your clan member and let him send that to your house partner, no one will have a problem with that.

Re: Unfair Advantage

There is also an advantage of two players using the same ip, they can log on and check each others account to see if there are any incoming attacks. If I am a single player and go to work I cannot check for incoming attacks so therefore I am at some disadvantage.
Sending runes and resources to another player to then send to that players partner is just by- passing the rules, is that in the spirit of the game.
It is an issue but there are many more important issues needed to be fixed as Bowser has pointed out.

Re: Unfair Advantage

On second thoughts during the day when I was offline and could not check on my village, I started to think, 2 players on the one ip, each logs in under the others account to see if there are attacks, if so then organises support. That is a very distinct advantage over players that cannot be online 24/7 like some do.  Aplayer goes to work or sleep comes back to the game to find out he has been attacked, 2 players on the same ip is totally unfair.
So what is the solution, only one no player can have 2 people on the same ip.
